Greetings to all who visit us here at Eagle Vision Ministry.
We are pleased you took the time to come and we pray it will be rewarding as well as challenging to your walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. My brother or my sister as you are well aware of our nation is in a bad way spiritually. There are literally thousands of people in our land today who have never heard the gospel of Jesus Christ. We as a nation have sent missionaries all across the world and I thank God for those who have left homes and lands etc. to fulfill the great commission. "Go ye into the world and preach the gospel to every creature", but my dear friends unfortunately we have grossly neglected our own shores. Three years ago our Lord Jesus Christ put before me a challenge like I have never had before. He asked me to get out from behind the four walls of the church and boldly take the message of the gospel of the Kingdom to the streets of our land.
As you have already seen and read on our home page I haven't disobeyed that call. Jesus has placed a vision in my heart to help accomplish this great task of reaching our generation with the Good News. I would like to share that vision with you. I have stood for countless hours and have walked many miles carrying the cross that Jesus has asked of me to carry, that by no means makes me anybody special or better than anyone else. "Obedience is better than sacrifice" the word of God declares. As I have walked the streets and have stood in the gap most of the time all alone, but not completely alone because Jesus has walked and stood with me. The Lord has spoken many things into my heart. I just want to share some of those things with you. He has shown me that his body, the church, for the most part has allowed herself to be intimidated by this world and has allowed the enemy to sow seeds of fear in to their hearts.
He has shown me that his perfect LOVE cast out all fear. He has shown me that the church is not properly equipping the saints to go forth and preach the gospel and to live the gospel. The five-fold ministry is not fully recognized and utilized in most of the American churches. The church keeps coming up with more and more programs to try and reach the lost mostly by enticing them to come in instead of going out fully equipped in the power and authority of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our mission here is to be a training center. To see men, women, and children who have committed their lives to Jesus Christ stay on fire with the Love of God in their hearts. To see all of us fulfilling the individual and corporate callings God has placed upon us and in us. Jesus said "ye shall recieve power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you, and ye shall be witnesses unto me..etc.
That same power is available today. It is a baptism of fire a baptism in the supernatural Love of God. We need to get back to the power of God and away from our own methods. One more thing the Lord has assured me of and that is we do not need to prove that HE LIVES, we need only declare it. He will prove it with signs and wonders following. We want to partner with you in this great commission and are here to pray for, intercede on behalf of, and help train and equip soldiers for Christ and launch them out into our land.. Please let us stand together in this perilous hour. May the Lord Jesus Christ be your all. May his soon coming rejoice your hearts and also motivate all of us to reach out with the Love of God....To our generation. What an awesome calling we have to be ambassadors for the King of kings, as co-labourers together in the Harvest Field.
